The home screen is where everything happens.
When you login for the first time you need to set up your details

Once you have completed the ‘Add Child’ form you can then select the your child tab at the top of the screen below the
logo and begin using the application.
In the middle of the screen is the Daily Calorie Balance.
The daily calorie allocation is how many calories your child can
eat per day.
Below this is the calories consumed and calories burnt scores.
These tabs change depending on the food eaten or exercise completed.
Your Goal: Have a positive score in the Daily Calorie Balance at the end of each day.
In the middle of the screen is the BMI Chart, Daily Activity and Daily Food Intake Tabs. Click on these tabs to see the BMI score,
enter food eaten or exercise completed.

name of the food or description of the food to find your
selection. If the food item is not their a message will appear
allowing you the chance to enter that food item or email

base for you.
Next to the search tab is a barcode scanner which allows you
to scan the food. If the food is not available you may also
enter the food into the database when it prompts you to do
so. If you are using a Nokia, Blackberry or

barcode scanner at this stage.
